Pak Army redraws Kashmir terror Plan, allot tasks to Jasih, LeT, and Hizbul. The Rawalpindi general headquarters of the Pakistan army has been able to forge operational synergy since August 2019 between Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) and Lashkar-eTaiba (LeT) terrorists in Kashmir Vally, according to intelligence input revied by Hindustan Times. The outcome of such a synergy has usually been a coordinated terror attack.

The inputs reveal efforts by Pakistan-based terror groups, with the active support of that country's pay agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), to Launch coordinated attacks against India in the wake of constitutional changes pushed through by the Centre in August last year, effectively revoking Article 370 that conferred special status on Jammu and Kashmir and reorganising the state into two Union territories, J&K and Ladakh.

According to a dossier prepared by Indian intelligence and security agencies, a series of meetings have taken place between senior functionaries of banned terrorist organizations including LeT, JeM, Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) and Taliban, with Jaish commander Mufti Mohammad Asgar Khan Kashmiri coordinating joint terror operations in J&K.

Besides the main groups planning to create mayhem and violence In Kashmir, new proxies such as The Resistance Front (TRF), Teehreek-e-Millat-e-Islami (TMI) and Ghaznavi Force have to be revived in J&K to show that terrorism in the Union territory in home-grown and indigenous.

CORONAVIRUS VACCINE: VOLUNTEER IN OXFORD UNIVERSITY COVID-19 VACCINE TRIAL DIES

 Brazil's health authority has confirmed a volunteer has died because of participating in the clinical trials of the coronavirus vaccine development by AstraZeneca and oxford university. The country's health minister, Anvisa confirmed the person died following the trial of the drug. The health authority said the investigation will be held on the matter. Despite the death of the person, the health authority confirmed trials will continue.  "The drug is currently undergoing phase three clinical trials in the country. Brazil has a plan in place to purchase the drug and produce it as its biomedical research center if it clears the final phase of trials."
